An imperforate version of Miniature Sheet 7 (5.4.1937) was issued on April 16, 1937 to celebrate the 1st national Philatelic Exhibition in Berlin, 16th to 18th April. The sheet contains four perforated stamps with the portrait of Adolph Hitler bearing an inscription in the lower margin reading "WER EIN VOLK RETTEN WILL KANN NUR HEROISCH DENKEN", which means "HE WHO WANTS TO SAVE HIS PEOPLE MUST THINK HEROICALLY". The Exhibition “Die Deutsche Briefmarke” (“The German Postage Stamp”) was held in the Zoological Gardens, Berlin, and among other things the Reichspostmuseum and the Reichsdruckerei exhibited some historic original designs, essays and proofs. The sheet was sold at the exhibition for 1.50 RM.
