A stamp issued by the Reichspost on March 28, 1940, to publicize the opening of the Second National Stamp Exhibition 1940 in Berlin, which was held from 28th to 31st of March, 1940. The stamp pictures the Court of Honor at the new Reich Chancellery in Berlin designed by Hitler’s favorite architect Albert Speer (1905-1981). During the exhibition one could purchase the stamp by presenting the entry ticket. From April 1, 1940, the stamp could be obtained through regular post office network.
